These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and croyale ("croyale," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the croyale website located at croyale.net and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on croyale, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the croyale Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they may be amended from time to time.

To register and use the croyale Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal and not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where the use of online gaming platforms is restricted or prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party;
• You have not previously been excluded from croyale or any other gaming platform operated under the same regulatory framework ;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of croyale, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

croyale reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. If you are found to be under 21 years of age, your account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned at croyale's sole discretion in accordance with applicable regulations.

To access the full range of croyale services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one active croyale account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. croyale will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Identity Verification (KYC): croyale is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed.
• Account Inactivity: Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or administrative closure, subject to applicable law. croyale will provide reasonable notice before applying any inactivity fee.

croyale reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on the croyale Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: croyale accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash and PayMaya. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer methods may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification. croyale reserves the right to extend this period in cases requiring additional verification.
• Same Method Policy: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Transaction Fees: croyale does not charge fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which croyale accepts no responsibility.
• Currency Conversion: All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso. Any currency conversion costs incurred are the sole responsibility of the player.
• Declined Transactions: croyale reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or in breach of applicable law.

croyale offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. croyale reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and applicable game weightings are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• croyale reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bonuses already claimed and in active use.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other fraudulent means — will result in the immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method.

The following general rules apply to all games and betting activities on the croyale Platform:

• Game Rules: Each game available on croyale is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.
• Random Number Generation: All croyale casino games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable results. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers in real time.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. croyale reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, croyale reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. croyale's decision in such matters is final.
• Disconnection: croyale is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or other technical issues on the player's side. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before placing wagers.
• Sports Betting: All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market. In-play bets are accepted at croyale's discretion and may be suspended at any time. Settlement of bets will be based on official results from the relevant governing body.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the croyale Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or games;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus offers;
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your croyale account by any third party, including minors;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward croyale staff or other players.

croyale is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered croyale players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, limits can be decreased immediately but increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are willing to lose within a specified time period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.

• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from croyale;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Use any croyale trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorization;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorized use of croyale's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by croyale.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, croyale, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue;
• Loss of data or information;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond croyale's reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game outcomes resulting from technical malfunctions.

croyale's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your croyale account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude croyale's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

croyale reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority;
• Account inactivity as described in Section 3.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your croyale account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

croyale operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the government body responsible for overseeing legal gaming activities in the Philippines. Players acknowledge that PAGCOR regulations form part of the regulatory environment within which croyale operates.

Any dispute arising between you and croyale that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

croyale reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, croyale will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the croyale Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
